REHB026 - Sit-to-Stand

This course includes eight video segments which will cover the evolution of sit-to-stand device technology, types of standing frames and current applications, current clinical practices, case histories presented by distinguished clinicians, and funding strategies for standing equipment. (Total video run time: 2 hours, 21 minutes)

Learning objectives:

1. Identify the many different types of standing devices and their applications;
2. Explain the medical benefits of standing and weight bearing;
3. Discuss ongoing and past research related to standing and therapeutic outcomes;
4. Explain the funding and documentation process for standing equipment.

To successfully complete this course, you must view all eight video segments, attain a minimum score of 70% on the final exam and complete the course training survey.
