- Manual Equipment Foundations
- Basic ADLs & Rollators
- Manual Wheelchairs
- Tilt-in-Space Wheelchairs
- Electronics Theory
- Patient Lifts, Standing Frames, and Hospital Beds
- Lift Chairs
- Scooters: Components and Troubleshooting
- Batteries – Theory and Troubleshooting
- Joysticks & Programming
These courses are intended to provide the tech with a thorough understanding of basic medical equipment from walkers and manual wheelchairs to hospital beds, scooters, and Group 2 consumer power chairs. After completing this course bundle, technicians will be familiar with basic medical equipment and identifying and executing repairs for the particular equipment. The completion of these courses demonstrates thorough competence of the individual in the area of basic DME repair.
