DMERT Certification Renewal - All Levels

All levels of DMERT Certification are valid for 2 years. Recertification is valid for 2 years from prior certification expiration date. Only your highest earned level should be renewed.

Recertification requirements:

1. A completed DMERT Recertification form
2. 20 hours of documented rehab industry course(s) related to the provision of assistive technology or persons with disabilities. Additional important information is provided on the DMERT Recertification form.
3. $150.00 Recertification Fee

Recertification Steps:

1. Access “Rehab Education Profile”.
2. Download “DMERT Recertification Form” and complete, including detailed list of continued education courses.
3. Click the menu icon in upper left corner  
4. Select “DMERT Renewal” from the “Activities” list.
5. Follow instruction found under “Description”.
